Support

SafeCircle provides deliberate, time-bounded household check-ins. It is not emergency monitoring, does not automatically detect emergencies, does not contact 911, police, or EMS, and does not guarantee notification delivery. SafeCircle currently does not collect or track location. For an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Getting help

Contact Tribal Ventures at support@tribalventuresgroup.com. Include the app version, device type, and a short description. Do not email passwords, authentication tokens, notification tokens, private check-in details, or emergency or medical information.

Common actions

• Change notification permission in device settings.
• Change notification consent and quiet hours in SafeCircle preferences.
• Disabling notifications does not delete household membership or account data.
• When household access is revoked, SafeCircle hides private circle data and controls.
