Get help

Email support@tribalventuresgroup.com for application help, bug reports, export assistance, or privacy questions. Include the device model, operating-system version, HomeVault version, and a brief description. Do not email passwords, receipt contents, serial numbers, photographs, exported archives, or sensitive household information.

Local-first storage

HomeVault 1.0 Build 2 stores properties, rooms, inventory items, notes, photos, receipts, records, and confirmed text-recognition results in the app's private storage on your device. No account is required. This release does not provide cloud backup, synchronization, remote storage, household sharing, purchases, or subscriptions.

Export and deletion

You can create a HomeVault ZIP export and choose where to save or share it. Use Delete All HomeVault Data in the app to remove HomeVault-managed local data. Previously exported files are outside the app's control and must be deleted separately. Uninstalling normally removes app-private data.

Important limitation

HomeVault is an organization tool and does not provide emergency services, insurance coverage, professional appraisal, or a guarantee of value. Text-recognition suggestions may be inaccurate and are stored only after you confirm them.
